By registering on or using NEET DailyFirst, you consent to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services.

Simple Summary: We collect only what’s necessary to help you prepare for NEET. We do not sell your data to anyone. We use your data to improve your learning experience and communicate with you.

This policy applies to all users including students, parents, teachers, and institutional partners across India.

07 Students & Minors

NEET DailyFirst is designed for students who are typically between 16 and 20 years of age. We are aware that many of our users are minors (under 18 years).

We collect only data necessary for educational purposes
We do not run targeted advertising to any users, including minors
Parents and guardians may request access to or deletion of their child’s data by emailing us at privacy@dailyfirst.in
We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13 years. If we discover such data, it will be deleted immediately.

08 Your Rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) and applicable Indian law, you have the following rights:

Active account data is retained as long as your account remains active

Support correspondence is retained for 2 years

10 Third-Party Links
