By registering on or using NEET DailyFirst, you consent to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services.
Simple Summary: We collect only what’s necessary to help you prepare for NEET. We do not sell your data to anyone. We use your data to improve your learning experience and communicate with you.
This policy applies to all users including students, parents, teachers, and institutional partners across India.

- Payment details (processed securely by our payment gateway — we do not store card data)

- Quiz and test responses, scores, and timing data
- Questions attempted, skipped, and revisited
- Video watch time and completion rates
- Login timestamps and session duration

Despite best efforts, no online platform can guarantee 100% security. Please use a strong, unique password and do not share your account credentials with anyone.
07 Students & Minors
NEET DailyFirst is designed for students who are typically between 16 and 20 years of age. We are aware that many of our users are minors (under 18 years).
- We collect only data necessary for educational purposes
- We do not run targeted advertising to any users, including minors
- Parents and guardians may request access to or deletion of their child’s data by emailing us at privacy@dailyfirst.in
- We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13 years. If we discover such data, it will be deleted immediately.
08 Your Rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) and applicable Indian law, you have the following rights:
- Right to Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Right to Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
- Right to Erasure: Request deletion of your account and personal data
- Right to Withdraw Consent: Withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time

09 Data Retention
- Active account data is retained as long as your account remains active
- If you delete your account, personal data is deleted within 30 days
- Anonymised performance data may be retained for research and platform improvement
- Transaction records are retained for 7 years as required by the Income Tax Act
- Support correspondence is retained for 2 years
10 Third-Party Links
Our platform may contain links to third-party websites such as YouTube, NCERT website, or NTA. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those websites. We encourage you to read the privacy policies of any third-party sites you visit.
